- Inspection at our worksCome to Batala, or send your engineer, and see the machine running before dispatch. Every machine leaves with a written Machine Inspection & Dispatch Certificate.
- Dispatch and supportWe arrange transport, freight at actual. One year warranty against technical fault, with support over video call and a site visit arranged at extra cost if needed.

How do I know the machine is real?
Come to Batala, or send your engineer, and see it running on our floor before it is dispatched. Every machine leaves with a written Machine Inspection and Dispatch Certificate.
Who comes if it stops working?
One year warranty against technical fault. Support is over video call, which settles most issues the same day, and our man can attend site at extra cost.
