How it is built
What the money buys
Turcite-B coated slideways
X and Y axes lined with Turcite-B, which cuts stick-slip at low feed and keeps the table moving smoothly under load.
Adjustable nut design
Backlash set out at assembly and adjustable in service, so positioning stays accurate as the machine wears.
Double lock on saddle, ram and knee
Everything not moving is clamped, which is what keeps chatter out of a heavy cut.
Meehanite castings
Stress relieved castings through the body, hardened and ground on the X and Y slide ways.
Double speed motor
High RPM available for small cutters without changing the belt over.
CE marked electricals
Panel, fuses and relays of reputed make carrying the CE mark, with a built-in coolant tank in the base.

We arrange transport from Batala to your site, so you are not chasing a transporter yourself.
One year warranty
Covered against technical fault for a full year from delivery, on every machine we supply.

Most questions are settled the same day over a video call with someone who knows the machine.
Freight and site visits are charged at actual. Installation is not included in the machine price and can be arranged on request.
