Our team confirms the machine configuration and destination electrical requirements, prepares export documentation, applies corrosion protection, arranges export-grade packing and coordinates shipment with the buyer or nominated freight forwarder.
- Voltage & frequencyConfigured for the destination supply, including common 50 Hz and 60 Hz industrial requirements. Final voltage, phase and control specifications are confirmed before production.
- Packing methodMachines are rust-protected and secured in export-grade wooden crates, on reinforced skids or directly inside the container, according to machine size and shipping route.
- Shipping & port coordinationLoading and dispatch are coordinated with the buyer’s freight forwarder for the agreed Indian port, Incoterm and shipping schedule.
- Documentation suppliedCommercial invoice, packing list and machine documents are supplied, with certificate of origin, inspection records and other export documents provided as applicable.
