Most of what leaves the works to order began as a customer describing a problem rather than choosing a model number.
Modified bed lengths and bores
Lathes built outside the catalogue — longer beds, wider beds, larger bores or higher centre heights, on the same castings and the same build.
Machines built to a drawing
Send a general arrangement or a description of the operation and we quote against it. Most of what we build to order started as a customer's sketch.
Attachments and conversions
Taper turning, gap beds, extra steady rests, bore welding on a line borer, motorised feeds retrofitted to a manual machine.
Rebuilds and retrofits
An old machine with a sound bed is often worth rebuilding rather than replacing. Tell us what you have and what it needs to do.
How to start
Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photograph of the component, or a description of the operation. We confirm in writing what the machine will do before you commit to anything.
For institutes
CNC trainer lathe and CNC trainer milling machine
Working CNC machines sized for a classroom. Same ISO G-code as a production machine, with a real control on the front, so a student learns on the system they will meet in a job rather than a simulator.

Real control, not a simulator
Fanuc, Siemens or GSK on the machine itself. A student who learns the control on a trainer walks into a production job already knowing it.
Quoted to tender
ITIs, polytechnics and colleges buy through tender or GeM. Send the specification sheet and we respond line by line.
Classroom sized
Single phase where possible, no foundation, and small enough that a workshop can hold several rather than one machine for thirty students.
Bench work
Mini lathe
A small lathe that does real turning and threading — for repair shops, model and instrument makers, training institutes and anyone whose work does not justify a full size machine or the floor it needs.

Runs on single phase
No three phase connection needed, so it works in a shop, a garage or a classroom without any electrical work.
Real threading
Change gears for metric and inch threads, so it cuts a proper thread rather than only turning down.
Sits on a bench
No foundation and no floor space of its own. For small components it does the work of a machine ten times the size.

Delivered across India
We arrange transport from Batala to your site, so you are not chasing a transporter yourself.

Covered against technical fault for a full year from delivery, on every machine we supply.

Most questions are settled the same day over a video call with someone who knows the machine.
Freight and site visits are charged at actual. Installation is not included in the machine price and can be arranged on request.
