Powered
Hydraulic press machines
Full tonnage at any point in the stroke, with pressure and speed set by the operator. The right choice for deep drawing, forming thicker sections, straightening and press-fit assembly.
H frame / pillar type
Closed frame for rigidity under heavy and off-centre loads. General purpose forming, straightening and assembly across the tonnage range.
C frame type
Open on three sides for easy loading and manual feeding. Suits smaller components and shorter cycles.
Four column type
Four guided pillars keep the platen parallel on wide work. Used for deep drawing and larger die areas.
Configured to the job
Tonnage, daylight, stroke, table size and ram speed are all set against your component. Multiple speeds for approach, pressing and return cut cycle time.
Safety built in
Overload protection through hydraulic and electrical interlocks, and two-hand operator controls to keep hands clear of the die during the stroke.
