The range

Four tonnages, two lengths

Every tonnage is built in both bending lengths, so eight combinations in all. Tonnage is set by plate thickness, length by the widest sheet you handle.

What it does

Bending work

Set once, repeat all day

Store the job on the controller and the back gauge and ram depth come back the same every time. On repeat batches that is the whole saving.

Two lengths, same tonnage

Take 3000 mm if you bend full width sheet, 2500 if your work is shorter. Available tonnage spreads over the bend length either way.

Tooling to your profile

Standard punch and vee die included. Gooseneck punches, extra vee openings and special tools made against your drawing.

Give us plate thickness, bend length and material and we work out the tonnage rather than selling you a size and hoping.

Delivered across India

We arrange transport from Batala to your site, so you are not chasing a transporter yourself.

One year warranty

Covered against technical fault for a full year from delivery, on every machine we supply.

Most questions are settled the same day over a video call with someone who knows the machine.

Freight and site visits are charged at actual. Installation is not included in the machine price and can be arranged on request.

Press brake buying questions

What tonnage press brake do I need?

It depends on plate thickness, bend length and the vee die you use. As a rough guide for mild steel, a metre of 3 mm needs roughly 25 tonne and a metre of 6 mm roughly 100 tonne, so a full 3 metre bend in 6 mm is well beyond a 100 tonne machine. Send us the thickest plate and the longest bend and we will confirm the size.

What does NC control give me?

The back gauge position and the ram depth are set on the controller instead of by hand, and a job can be stored and recalled. On repeat work that removes the setting time between batches and keeps every bend the same, which is where the machine earns its money.

2500 or 3000 mm?

Take the longer bed if you handle sheet at full width, because you cannot bend longer than the machine. If your work is mostly short components, the 2500 costs less and takes less floor. The tonnage stays the same either way, but remember that available tonnage is spread over the bend length.

Do dies come with it?

A standard top punch and vee bottom die are supplied. Additional vee openings, gooseneck punches and special tooling are quoted separately — tell us the profiles you bend.

What safety is fitted?

Two-hand controls and guarding as standard. Light curtains are available and we would recommend them where an operator loads and holds the sheet by hand.
