1. Returns

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or specially manufactured machinery.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Spare parts and consumable items unless defective.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.

5. Exchange Policy

Products with manufacturing defects or transit damage may be replaced subject to inspection and availability.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
